We have read your comments on New home page. everyone From him. The kind and encouraging comments, the brutal comments, the “these rules are in effect”, the “please undo this immediately”, bug reports, feature ideas, and yes, the eternal request for dark mode. We appreciate that.

Many of you took the time to share detailed, thoughtful feedback right after the launch, and that kind of feedback is helpful. It helps us understand where the experiment was or wasn’t hitting the mark, spot issues and disagreements, and finally sort that feedback into a few buckets. We want to be open and transparent with you about how we view these comment sets.

Bucket 1: Yes, we should fix that. Some comments point out things we should obviously fix or smooth over, like bugs and rough edges.

Aquarius 2: This is worth investigating. Some comments point out things worth exploring further. These are recurring requests that may reflect a broader need or pain point, even if the exact solution proposed is not the one we ultimately seek.

Bucket 3: Not now. Some of the comments fall into the category of ideas that we are not planning to adopt now. Not because the feedback is bad, but because we have to be intentional about what we can support.

I want to be honest about what we can support. We are a very small team and every decision must be balanced with time, resources, complexity, editorial needs, business priorities, and the long-term vision of where you are. Edge It’s going (and we have big ambitions about where we want to go). We can’t commit to every suggestion, even if we honestly agree it’s a great idea.

We’ll fix what needs fixing and dive into the topics that matter most. We will continue to prioritize and work through trade-offs and constraints. Most importantly, we will remain open about what we see and learn as we move forward. Please keep the feedback coming.
