This Final Fantasy IOS game is closed, but you can recover money

Square Enix, legendary video game publisher behind the famous Final Fantasy series, Thursday announced End of support for iOS from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. The company said that there is an irresistible mistake that prevents players from reaching additional content they bought, and therefore the company is withdrawing the plug on the game.

“We cannot fix errors and implement new changes completely, making it unlikely to resume the service for the game,” the company wrote in a statement. “We must unfortunately announce that we will end the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles.”

The company said it started receiving customer complaints on January 24, and the game was withdrawn from the Apple App Store. If you bought the game or any additional content for the game since the beginning of 2024, the company said you are qualified to recover money.

Square Enix wrote that if you bought any of these elements from January 2024 or later and you want to recover money, you need to call Apple support. The company said that the game is still playing on other platforms, such as Android.
