The most reliable jump flips after nearly half of them today

This is a small 3000-AMP A3 Gooloo Jumpstarter, Small enough to fit in a glove box, it is the least expensive Jumpstarter that I can personally trust. I’ve had mine in multiple cars over the past two years, and it has never failed me. This A3 was able to jump a deadly battery twice in a row on a Land Cruiser 95, without getting out of the juice. A3 3000A Portable Jumpstarter

This little A3 portable jumper, which in many models also includes tire inflation, is a model that has served me since the day I found myself stranded on an isolated stretch of Delaware, seemingly unguarded by cell phone signals. She was saved by a lone passing truck, whose driver happened to have a little Goloom Starter. miracle!

I drove straight to the auto shop, bought this little A3, and never looked back. The 3000A has plenty of amperage for its price, and is more than loud enough to juice most personal vehicles. Rated for gas engines up to 9 liters and diesel engines up to 6 liters, with standard 12-volt batteries.

Higher peak amps do not always mean better performance or durability, so I will soon be testing multiple additional models from Gooloo and others GT6000 Jumpstarter, which also retails for $136 ($34).

If I had a large diesel or lived in very cold climates, I would probably choose higher gear than caution. Also note that for completely dead batteries, you will need to use the “Boost” function on the device to get a charge, and that the clips may be a bit short and stubby for some battery or automotive designs.
