I ended up returning it a month later, but not because I was unhappy. Instead, for some strange reason, it’s disgusting. One of my cats peed high enough up the inside wall of the Litter-Robot that it got stuck between the layers, causing a serious stench. Customer service was great, and I was able to get my money back.
