The Link 2C is the cheapest Link you can buy right now, and as such, it lacks the motorized gimbal found in its more expensive counterparts. However, even though it can’t physically follow you as you move around the room, it still uses AI-powered automatic framing to digitally zoom and adjust, which helps keep you – and anyone else with you – in the center of the frame. Its half-inch sensor and 26mm f1.8-equivalent lens also support up to 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps, a noticeable step up from the 720p or 1080p resolution found in most laptop-built webcams.
Like other models, the 2C comes with a magnetic mount that’s easy to attach to a monitor or laptop, and because it’s aimed at presentations, it supports a slew of useful gesture controls that let you zoom in or activate features remotely without touching your computer.
