The upcoming Google Pixel 11 may take sharper photos and videos if an internal leak proves true. The base model will be upgraded from a 48-megapixel sensor to a 50-megapixel sensor. According to a post on Telegram From mysterious leaks. The rumors also include alleged details about Google’s other three new phones – the Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
If Google keeps to its previous year’s schedule, it’s possible that the Pixel 11 could be released in August.
Leaks are not official information. Google hasn’t released any details about the Pixel 11 series, nor has it announced a release date for the phones. A Google representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

If the Pixel 11 gets a 50-megapixel rear camera, it will catch up with the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, which were launched last year with 50-megapixel cameras. Other phones with 50MP cameras include the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, Xiaomi 15 Ultra, OnePlus 13, and the Motorola Edge 70 series. The 50MP camera offers higher resolution, light sensitivity, and zoom versatility.
However, there is a potential downside to the upgrade. Mystic Leaks said the base Pixel 11 model may have just 8GB of RAM in the starting configuration, which is a significant drop from the 12GB of RAM in Pixel 10. Mystic Leaks suggested that there might be a 12GB RAM version of the Pixel 11, but that could also mean a higher price for that configuration.
Manufacturers of smartphones and laptops, among other devices, face a problem Lack of RAM Due to the memory needs of the rapidly growing AI industry. This crisis has led to higher prices and shortages of ingredients for many products.
Mystic Leaks said the Pro, Pro XL and Pro Fold will start with 12GB of RAM, but will also have 16GB options.
Mystic Leaks also said that there may be four color options for the Pixel 11 – black, green, pink, and purple. The phone will retain the same size and resolution of the OLED display from its predecessor – 6.3 inches and 1080 x 2424 pixels. The phone will come with a 4,840 mAh battery, according to insiders, which will be closer to the battery capacity found in the Pixel 10 Pro than the standard 4,970 mAh Pixel 10 battery.
Mystic Leaks also said that the Pixel 11 Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold could have an illuminated notification feature on the back of the phones to show when there is certain activity, such as when calls and messages are coming in. CNET reported last month that Google may introduce the feature Pixel glow – An illuminated notification system on the back of the phones – for the Pixel 11 series.
The Pixel Glow will be similar to the Glyph feature which is nothing on its phones like new 4A Pro. The glyph lights up in different ways to show incoming calls, messages, phone charge levels, and more.
Mystic Leaks also said the phones will run on the Tensor G6 processor, the next version of Google’s in-house designed silicon.

Reactions were mixed On a subsite About the Pixel 11 report. Redditor Matteventu wrote: “I like the idea of hiding some RGB lights in there. But I can’t help but be disappointed about the low RAM.”
The upgrade to escondido311 sounds “solid”, but they added: “I want to see how the processor performs. As desktop mode becomes a reality, the additional processing power will be even more important.”
