The red velvet dessert was gooey, gooey, chewy, deliciously chocolatey, complete with a cream cheese center that made noises I won’t describe here. Thick and decadent, the cookies are made with high-quality ingredients like slow-whipped 82 percent bluegrass bluegra butter, premium chocolate from Barry Callebaut, and freshly ground Tahitian vanilla beans. I’ve eaten a lot of cake in my life. I’ve never had a cake like this before.
