Summer Game Fest Live 2026: The biggest news, trailers and announcements

Jeff Keighley’s annual June Gaming Celebration is here. Summer Game Fest Live, the big live show that will feature a full lineup of gaming news and announcements, starts at 5pm ET and is scheduled to last for two hours. The event will be held in person at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, but will also be streamed online Directly on YouTube.

Summer Game Fest Live is nestled among a wealth of video game shows; Playstation hosted State of play on TuesdayThe Xbox Game Show will be held on Sunday. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be some big surprises. Last year, for example, Capcom used the display for advertising Resident Evil Requiem. According to the description of this year’s live stream, expect “a live look at what’s coming in video games, with new game announcements, surprise special guests and more,” and while that’s not very specific, Keighley likely has some exciting news in store.
