Stop Worrying About Storms With This Jakiri Power Station – Half Off Prime Day (2026)

It’s summer, and… You know what that means — weather-related power outages are coming soon. I’m not so bothered by power outages anymore, thanks to the backup battery in my house. Prime Minister’s Day This is a great time to grab a deal on one of our favorite power plants, the Jackery 2000 Plus. This power station will supply your refrigerator and other basic power needs even when the power company can’t.

This was once a top pick in our guide to Best portable power stations. They’ve since been ousted by the Bluetti Elite 300, which packs more power into a smaller form factor, but the Bluetti is $200 more, even on sale, and isn’t as expandable as the Jackery. The Jackery 2000 Plus remains an excellent system, and at this price it outperforms everything else we’ve tested.

The biggest advantage Jackery has over most competitors in this space is that you can double or triple the 2042 watt-hour capacity by Add additional battery packs. In our tests, the actual capacity consistently matched Jackery’s claims, and it had no problem powering 3,000W appliances (such as an electric kettle). The 2000 Plus can be quickly charged via a wall socket, but if you lose power for an extended period of time (or if you want to take it camping), it also works as a solar generator. We were able to charge it about 70 percent in one day using Jackery’s SolarSaga 200W solar panel.

As with any power plant, the fan works well (we measured the sound at around 30 decibels), and it’s not light, tipping just over 62 pounds on the scale. Indented handles on both sides help with carrying, but most of the time you’ll want to use the wheels.

We don’t have many complaints, though the covers on the garage, inputs, and expansion port on the back are annoyingly tight (like opening them with a tight screwdriver), and Wi-Fi connectivity is only 2.4GHz. Quirks aside, this is a great power station that can be used as a home backup generator or an off-grid generator. The warranty is three years, but you can extend it to five years Register with Jackery.

We’ve discovered some other Jackery deals worth considering, though please note that we haven’t tested each of these products as well as the Explorer 2000 Plus – however, the brand’s reputation is strong, and we’ve never tested a Jackery product that we’ve had serious issues with.
