Previously, we noticed that some users who tried to use third-party firmware encountered issues such as poor optimization, frequent crashes, and even screen damage. Some users who later reverted to the official firmware encountered issues such as inability to access reading logs, Wi-Fi logs not opening, and failure to launch book transfer page, and then applied for official fixes.

We are very concerned that this may affect your user experience and device safety. Meanwhile, flashing the firmware yourself will void the official warranty, making future repairs even more hassle. Therefore, for new devices that have recently shipped, we have cautiously added restrictions on the flashing function.
