“Literally, we stopped selling to Amazon, and that’s because I didn’t want to do something illegal. I didn’t want to do something that would jeopardize the relationship that we have with other retailers. But it also paved the way for me to say, look, you’re not going to pressure me. This is how we do business. This is how we build respect over time.”
