Reflection AI, an American startup competing to develop Open formssigned a $1 billion computing deal with European AI infrastructure company Nebius.

Along with its increasingly capable Chinese counterparts, Reflection is one of several developers of open-source AI models that have received significant attention recently as debate rages over the value of top-shelf closed-source AI models – especially with Data retention concerns escalation, as well as government intervention.
