Meta is reportedly laying off up to 20 percent of its employees


according to ReutersMeta is looking to offset spending on Amnesty International and Data centers With a huge round of layoffs. Sources familiar with the matter say that the company may lay off up to 20 percent of its employees, resulting in the elimination of approximately 15,800 jobs. This would be the company’s largest series of layoffs since it laid off 22,000 workers over just a few months between November 2022 and Early 2023.

Meta did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
