If The Housemaid is on your list of movies to watch (or books to read), Starz will soon be streaming the film adaptation of Freda Macfadyen’s novel.
The psychological thriller debuted in theaters in December and stars Amanda Seyfried, Sydney Sweeney and Brandon Sklenar. Sweeney’s character becomes a live-in maid in the home of Seyfried’s wealthy character to escape her past, according to the Lionsgate synopsis, and the job turns into a dangerous game of secrets, manipulation and shifting power dynamics.
