Hisense’s RGB color TV, UR8, is priced at $1,300

Hisense has revealed the immediate availability of its latest RGB Mini-LED, the UR8, which promises better colors than ever, with prices starting at $1,300.

The UR8 is one of two new RGB mini-LED TVs unveiled by Hisense Consumer Electronics Show 2026While the UR9 was released earlier this year. The UR8 offers screen sizes ranging from 55 to 100 inches.

Hisense says the bands offer a “significantly expanded color gamut with richer saturation and more accurate color reproduction.” The company says the new TVs are able to “maintain color integrity in bright rooms” when watching movies or playing games.

RGB backlighting uses combinations of red, green, and blue LEDs to produce colors and needs fewer color filters than other TVs.
