Hassan Baker spends seven to eight hours a day, seven days a week, streaming live on Twitch. The far-left political commentator got his start in 2013 by interning with (and sometimes hosting) the Young Turks. More than a decade later, he has become a powerhouse newscaster Channel number one In the Politics & Comments category on Twitch. More than 3 million people follow him for his statements and humor about the crumbling American empire, foreign policy, and why Bernie would win. Some also consider it too hot. Baker exercises every morning and eats one pound of chicken with some rice at 6 p.m. He spends the rest of his free time researching, planning his flows, and getting into fights with people with AI avatars.
Phone Model: iPhone 16 Pro Max
For years and years, I would use a classic iPhone on its last legs on principle, because I hate planned obsolescence and I’m a very stubborn person. I will own the oldest possible iPhone for as long as possible so I can basically plug it into an electrical outlet to make it work.
Now I have to get one of the newer ones Cyber security Reasons. That’s what the civil rights lawyers I talk to tell me. We are all trying to do our best for privacy and security against warrantless surveillance by the government. But they tell me, “You have to have the latest and you have to keep it up to date.” It was very frustrating for me, because I hate the new iOS, Liquid ass. It’s so ugly. It’s very counter-intuitive. I can’t believe it. It’s very frustrating.
Computer model: Intel computer, gifted by Starforge
It’s a pre-built PC that friends sent me. The previous version I made was made by Linus (Sebastian, creator of Linus Tech Tips). We called him “Big Red.” I still have it in my house and use it as a secondary device. It’s a giant with the emblem of the Soviet Union and Jeff Bezos’ head on a dinner plate. It’s beautiful. there YouTube video Where he makes it and gifts it to me. He has one of his legs out so that it always leans to the left.
I have an iPad too. I’m officially a “scringer” now. When I was traveling, I would just use my phone, but then I realized I was traveling on planes for 15 hours at a time. Why would I put myself through this?
Average daily screen time across Apple devices (not including PC): 7 hours and 8 minutes
Oh my God. That’s a lot. Last week I spent 22 hours and 14 minutes on Twitter. My daily average is three hours and 42 minutes on Twitter alone. But to be fair, I read articles on Twitter, so I don’t know if that’s taken into consideration as well.
It’s funny because I was deleting Twitter from my phone. It made me an angrier person, in particular After Elon Musk’s acquisition. I realized I was going to get into arguments or just have a bad time. I would sit on my couch, open up Twitter, and see some of the dumbest people on the planet, just the most racist and toxic people on the planet. I noticed that it was making me lose faith in humanity, so I would delete it and then only download it when I was traveling places.
I’m back now because I feel like my awakening is back, and as the Ayatollah of Wike, I have to make sure I’m on the front line. I’m fighting the battle in the trenches, right in enemy territory.
Music app: Apple Podcast
I don’t listen to any music. I only listen to podcasts. I definitely listened to music a lot in the past, but I had a Walkman and then a Discman. When I grew up in Türkiye, I used to burn CDs and things like that. Then I had an iPod. Since 2014, my diet has mostly consisted of podcasts and nothing else, because I don’t have the time. I’m listening to House of Chapo Trapp, Troyanon, Daily, arrives first, NPR Policy, NPR News, Democracy Nowsometimes Consider this.

Unread emails used to make me anxious, but they don’t anymore, because I never use my email. I now have people calling me, fortunately. I primarily text.
I don’t even see these notifications. After a while, it just disappeared. That’s what it is. I just don’t care. I don’t know.
Last person you FaceTimed with: A group of friends
I text, but sometimes I FaceTime. I don’t mind that, especially if it’s a friend I haven’t seen in a while. My family always loves FaceTiming. We use FaceTime basically every day in the morning.
Last thing I searched on Google: Belly of a whale
I was trying to Google “belly of the beast,” and it is Cuban news outlet Which primarily covers English-speaking. The reason I did this is because I wanted to pull pictures of them, because I’m about to interview one of them today. But instead, I ended up searching for “whale belly song” on Google by mistake. I have no idea what this is.
Last video I shot: For himself, he does 205-pound incline bench presses for reps

The last thing the AI asked: nothing
I don’t use artificial intelligence. I think there is a real problem with cognitive emptying. There is a real problem with hallucinations within artificial intelligence. I think AI is making humanity dumber in general. When I tweet and the replies are like, “@Grock explains what he means,” I say, “You literally don’t realize you’ve got a robot trying to train you. You’re less of a human now. You’re less of a human because of this.” That’s how I feel about it. I am very disappointed.
I know that eventually people will look at the statements I’m making now and read them – if they can still read – and say: “Oh, I was so arrogant and so elitist.” I think it’s devastating. Not because of the way Sam Altman and all these other AI people are overemphasizing how powerful and scary their new tool is in an attempt to raise another $500 billion in donations for their projects to scare people into thinking that AI is actually a lot smarter than it actually is or anything, but it’s really devastating for a number of reasons. Cognitive dumping, the ability to be a vehicle for unlimited misinformation, which we have already seen. Last but not least, of course, or perhaps most important, is the labor displacement mechanism.
