A year ago, Google 2024 started with Some workers’ demobilization. He did not take similar steps (so far) in 2025, however Employees fear the worst. If the platform and devices team is anything that goes through, there is a great cause of concern. Google has distributed a note to all US employees working on Android, Pixel hardware, and other projects that provide a “volunteer exit program” that guarantees separation to anyone who wants to stay away from his role in the company. The memo came out of the platforms and SVP Rick Osterloh devices, according to 9to5google.
