The AI didn’t have much to say to me, but for senior editor Richard Lawler, it started a conversation about the day’s plans that he wasn’t quite ready to do with a chatbot.
However, not everyone is bothered by the AI bot, but rather by one person Comment“When I ask him to design a moderate workout using the gym equipment in my office, circuit style, I usually end up feeling great afterward.” Someone else She described it as a “very useful feature.” It shows how they were able to update their sleep history with a missed session by chatting with an AI bot.

Even though I knew the switch to Google Health was coming, I was still disoriented during the first few minutes after opening the app this morning.
If you want to see more stats and your health tracking data, you should either swipe left on the little top box on the Today page or go to the Health page. To find the rowing workout logs I had stored in the old Fitbit app, I had to go to Health, then go down to the Fitness section of Focus Zones, where my logs were viewable under Workout Days. In the old Fitbit app, I could see the Workout Days block just by scrolling down on the app’s main Today page.
according to Support pageIf you have a supported wearable device that’s connected, Google Health displays two additional tabs for Fitness and Sleep which make things easier, but before the redesign I didn’t need those. While Google Rishi Chandra He said Edge Earlier this month, Google Health will eventually support third-party wearables, my Nothing Watch Pro 3 is currently not enough to unlock those two additional tabs.
