Former MrBeast CEO is suing over ‘years’ of alleged harassment

Upon information and belief, during Plaintiff’s employment, MrBeast did not have an employee handbook containing standard employment policies and practices. Instead, MrBeast distributed a booklet to employees titled “How to Succeed in MrBeast Productions” which included sections such as “It’s Okay for Boys to Be Childish” and stated: “(i)If the talent wants to draw a penis on the whiteboard in the video or do something stupid, let them.” “(D)o do everything you can to empower boys when filming,” the booklet states. MrBeast instructs employees to go the extra mile to get results, and that there are no excuses for not getting the job done. The handbook tells employees, “No means no” and “The number of hours you work does not matter.”
