Dell Precision Pro Biz laptops are back with a new focus on portability

2026 looks to be the year Dell hits the reset button — Dramatic brands They are credited to both the company’s consumer and commercial product lineup. Sometimes, old things are good things: the familiar XPS name and design It’s back this year for a reason, and it’s definitely not because Dell Premiums have received positive name recognition.

On the business side of Dell’s offerings, it’s time for a similar revival. Dell’s Pro Max computers are gone (which I’m grateful for, because there’s no reason for a B2B computer model to share a naming convention with… iPhones are expensive). Instead, the Dell Precision Pros are returning alongside the full range of Dell Pros (including a two-in-one model), the Dell Pro 5 Micro and new business monitors.

Dell is touting this generation of business PCs as their thinnest and lightest laptops yet. The product engineers have also designed a new, highly configurable motherboard that will enable easy mass production and replication of this product family. A Dell product leader explained that this new motherboard resembles an automobile company’s signature vehicle frame – just like how a single frame is fitted with parts of a sedan or SUV, multiple chassis can be installed on new Dell motherboards to change the form and function of these products according to the customer’s needs.

Here’s the full lineup of new Dell brand products, which will become available over the coming months.

The Dell Precision Pro returns in May

The Dell Precision Pro 5 laptop is the cornerstone of the company’s latest portfolio, and takes it back to its roots. The computer has 14- and 16-inch models and will support the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 Tiger Lake Central processing units. While the base configuration uses Intel integrated graphics, buyers can upgrade to Nvidia Pro Blackwell discrete GPUs.

The Dell Precision Pros are expected to start shipping sometime in May, though a specific launch window and pricing have yet to be announced. The Precision Pros are among Dell’s best business laptops, so expect these to cost a lot.

Dell Pro Collection: 3 slim and revealing 2-in-1 laptops

Three new Dell Pro devices are being added to the business lineup, with a numerical naming system denoting the power of performance (and price). The Dell Pro 3, 5 and 7 all come in different sizes and serve different business needs.

The Dell Pro 3 comes in 14- and 16-inch models with 1920 x 1200-pixel displays and Intel and AMD silicon options. The Intel configuration comes with Core Ultra Series 3 processors, Intel integrated graphics, up to 64GB of memory, and up to 2TB of solid-state storage. The AMD configuration has AMD Ryzen Series 400 CPUs and AMD Radeon graphics options. The Dell Pro 3 computers weigh 2.9 pounds.

The Dell Pro 5s are fairly similar to their less powerful Dell Pro 3 counterparts, but offer more processing power and graphical fidelity in their 14- and 16-inch models. The Dell Pro 5s has a 1920 x 1200 pixel display and Intel and AMD variants. The Intel configuration comes with up to an Intel Core Ultra X7 368H vPro CPU, an Intel Arc B390 GPU, up to 64GB of RAM and up to 2TB of SSD. The AMD option has up to a Ryzen AI 5 Pro 435 processor and up to Radeon 890M graphics. These laptops are heavier than their Pro 3 counterparts, weighing in at just over 4 pounds.

Finally, the Dell Pro 7s are the slimmest and slimmest models in the Pro range. Regular Pro 7 laptops come in 13- and 14-inch models, and the latest generation of business PCs also includes new 13- and 14-inch two-in-one models that share internal specifications with regular PCs. All Dell Pro 7s have 1920 x 1200-pixel displays and Intel and AMD configurations.

Intel configurations come with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 366H vPro CPU, Intel integrated graphics, up to 64GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and up to a 2TB SSD. AMD models offer up to a Ryzen AI 5 Pro 435 processor and Radeon 890M graphics. As the thinnest and lightest Dell Pro laptops, the Dell Pro 7s weighs just 2.6 pounds.

The Dell Pro 5 Micro allows you to save some space in your workplace

We’ve seen a real boom in products designed to power your PC on the go while avoiding the clamshell laptop design altogether. My last favorite is HP EliteBoard G1Aa new design that appeared for the first time in Consumer Electronics Show 2026which crams the basics of computing into a portable keyboard that plugs into a monitor.

Dell is now bringing a laptop to the table for its business customers. The Dell Pro 5 Micro is just 7 inches tall and weighs just over 2 pounds. Despite this, it has some pretty solid internal specs, with configurations supporting up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 366H vPro CPU, up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD.

However, you won’t be able to use this powerful computer on the go — the trade-off in ditching the laptop design is that you don’t have a screen, so you can just turn on the computer and get to work at the workstation.

The good news is that the Dell Pro 5 Micro supports up to five displays simultaneously, which means it will meet the needs of workers who need to multitask (or slack off… Tetris, perhaps?) across multiple screens at any time.

The Dell Pro 5 Micro will be available starting March 31, but pricing has not been announced.

AI capabilities for conference calls? That’s what the Dell Pro P 34 Hub conference monitor is all about

If you’re looking for a new monitor for your workstation (perhaps to pair with the Dell Pro 5 Micro), you could do a lot worse than the Dell Pro P 34 Hub conference monitor. This widescreen display has a 3440 x 1440 pixel display with a 100Hz refresh rate.

Dual built-in speakers and an array of ports make this monitor easy to set up and move around your workstation. The Pro P 34 has one HDMI port, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-C ports (one upstream and one upstream), one USB Type-B downstream port, and three USB Type-A ports (two Ethernet ports and one for battery charging).

What makes the Dell Pro P 34 a ‘conference monitor’ is the built-in 5MP Sony Starvis webcam and AI autofocus, which keeps you in the frame as you move around the workspace. It’s nothing groundbreaking at all, but it’s a great added value for a high-quality widescreen business monitor.
