Deezer says it receives approx 75,000 songs generated by artificial intelligence submissions to its music streaming platform every day, accounting for about 44 percent of total daily uploads, As I mentioned earlier TechCrunch. Deezer positions the tool as setting an “industry standard,” adding that the platform is currently the “only” music streaming service that tags AI-generated music tracks. The service is also demonetizing AI-generated songs and has stopped storing high-resolution versions of them. “AI-generated music is now far from a fringe phenomenon and as daily deliveries continue to increase, we hope the entire music ecosystem will join us in taking action to help protect artist rights and promote transparency for fans,” Deezer CEO Alexis Lanternier wrote in the blog post.
Since launching its tool in January 2025, Deezer says the number of AI-generated tracks uploaded daily has jumped from 10,000 to 75,000.
