Best power bank for iPhone in 2026

Anchor 622 Mago: The great thing about the Anker Magnetic Battery 622 is that it is a cordless battery that has a built-in magnetic cover that turns into a stand. You won’t get fast wireless charging from this 5,000mAh battery (it charges at up to 7.5W) but it’s slim and easy to carry. It charges via USB-C and if you use USB-C to Lightning to charge your iPhone, it will charge at a faster rate of 12W. That’s not as fast as a 20W USB-C power adapter can provide, but it’s faster than 7.5W.

Anker Mago Power Bank 10kg: The Anker MagGo Power Bank 10K has a 10,000 mAh battery that can fully charge most iPhones about 1.75 times. It’s Qi2 certified, which means it offers 15W fast charging capabilities and is fully MagSafe compatible, delivering twice the speed of standard 7.5W wireless chargers for MagSafe-enabled iPhones and Android smartphones that support 15W wireless charging. Available in five color options and not much larger than the MagGo Power Bank 6.6K, this model has a retractable kickstand and an LCD screen that displays remaining battery life. You can take the power bank on the go or leave it plugged in to use as a wireless charging stand when you’re at home (you’ll need a 15W or higher power adapter to get 15W charging speeds when plugging in the battery and using it as a charging stand at home).

Ugreen Qi2 Magnetic Power Bank: Lesser-known battery companies, like Ugreen and Baseus, are trying to take on Anker on Amazon with value power banks like the Qi2 Magnetic Wireless Charger ($35). It’s fairly thin for a 10,000 mAh battery and offers 15W wireless charging and 20W wireless charging if you connect the battery to a 20W or higher power adapter. This power bank can charge an iPhone 16 almost twice and is one of the most affordable Qi2 certified power banks.

Movie Power Station Plus Mini: If you have one of the newer iPhones with USB-C charging, or an Android smartphone with a USB-C port, the Mophie Powerstation Plus Mini ($50) is a relatively compact power bank with a built-in USB-C cable that offers 20W fast charging. The mini version has a 5,000 mAh battery that will fully recharge most smartphones in one go. Mophie also makes a larger 10,000 mAh version that offers twice the charging capacity, but it’s a bit bulky and costs more. Note that while you are charging the battery, you can also charge your device (the battery has a pass-through charging feature).

Movie Power Station Plus: If you’re still using Apple devices with Lightning connectors but also want a power bank that can charge USB-C-equipped devices, the Mophie Powerstation Plus ($80), despite its reasonable price, is a great option thanks to its dual UBC-C/Lightning cable design. It’s a 10,000 mAh battery, so it can charge an iPhone 16 about twice, and it delivers 30W of power from its USB-C port, so it can also provide some power to your MacBook Air in a pinch. The smaller Mini version costs about $30 and has just one USB-C cable (it has a 5,000 mAh battery), while the Mophie Powerstation Plus ($100) also has dual cables but adds retractable prongs so you can charge it at any power outlet.

Anker Mago Power Bank 6.6 kg: The Anker MagGo Power Bank 6.6K has a 6,600 mAh battery and a foldable design with customizable viewing angles. It’s Qi2 certified, which means it offers 15W fast charging capabilities and is fully MagSafe compatible, delivering twice the speed of standard 7.5W wireless chargers for MagSafe-enabled iPhone 13, 14, 15 and 16 models and Android smartphones that support 15W wireless charging. Although it comes with a USB-C cable, you’ll need a more powerful 15W USB-C charger to reach the 15W charging speeds. You can take the power bank on the go or leave it plugged in to use as a wireless charging stand when you’re at home. The only drawback is that it is a little bulky for on-the-go use.

Smart hero: Nimble’s updated Champ portable charger uses recycled plastic in its construction. You have to pay a little more to go green, but it’s a nice, compact 10,000 mAh charger that features 20W PD fast charging with dual USB-C ports (one on either side of the power bank) allowing you to charge two devices at the same time. If you’re charging two devices, charging speeds will be limited to 10W per device.

MyCharge Super MagLock: MyCharge calls their line of magnetic power banks the Superhero MagLock, implying that they are true lifesavers. I was impressed by their determination. The batteries, which come in different capacities and colours, not only have strong magnets and stick well to the back of any MagSafe-enabled iPhone, but they have raised coils, which are supposed to help reduce heat levels during charging. It seems to be working. All MagLock batteries charge Qi-enabled iPhones at 5 watts, although you can get a faster charge if you wired and use a USB-C-to-Lightning cable. I also liked that it chimes when it starts charging and your phone tells you how much power is left in the battery pack

Anker 523 PowerCore Slim 10K PD: The Anker 523 PowerCore Slim 10K PD ($28) is impressively thin for a 10,000mAh mobile phone charger and has a 20W USB-C fast charging port (which is also a USB-C input for battery charging), as well as a 12W USB-A port. Although the Anker 313 PowerCore Slim 10K is cheaper, it does offer fast charging via USB-C, which makes spending the extra dough a big plus if you have a USB-C-to-Lightning cable.

Mophie Powerstation 10K Holder with MagSafe: The Mophie Wireless Powerstation with MagSafe isn’t cheap but it’s a versatile 10,000mAh battery pack with a built-in MagSafe holder and charger that also has a threaded tripod mount at the bottom. Since this is an official MagSafe charger, the battery charges at 15W, making it among the fastest wireless external battery chargers available and it will also charge AirPods 3 and AirPods Pro models using MagSafe. If you use a USB-C-to-Lightning cable (not included) with it, you can charge at 20W speed. You can also charge two devices at the same time.

Anker PowerCore III 10K Portable Charger: The Anker PowerCore III 10K portable charger features USB-C fast charging (18W) as well as a USB-A port and up to 10W wireless charging. It’s not magnetic, so your phone won’t stick to it but it will charge any Qi-enabled devices wirelessly.

Movie Snap Plus Juice Pack Mini: Mophie’s magnetic power bank is similar to Anker’s but it’s a little thinner (which is convenient for a 5,000 mAh battery) and doesn’t have a built-in lid that turns into a stand. It’s designed to stick to the back of MagSafe-enabled iPhone or MagSafe-enabled cases, and comes with a “quick adapter” ring to stick to the back of Android devices so it’s magnet-friendly.

Anker PowerCore Fusion Portable Charger (currently unavailable): This Anker model is a large wall charger with a built-in 5,000 mAh battery. It has two standard USB charging ports to charge your phone and a secondary gadget (or two phones) at the same time. A small LED indicator on the side lets you check the charge level with the push of a button.
