Your next vacation starts a conversation: TripAdvisor app debuts within ChatGPT

You can already use artificial intelligence to plan vacations, but you can now use the new TripAdvisor app within ChatGPT to book hotels. The app puts TripAdvisor ratings and hotel insights directly into ChatGPT. It’s “a new, AI-powered way to experience the best of TripAdvisor,” according to TripAdvisor. Travel company.

Once a potential traveler has chosen a hotel, they will see available offers from booking sites. When they choose one, they will be redirected to TripAdvisor or one of its partners to complete their reservation.

The new app is available to ChatGPT users signed in in the US on Free, Go, Plus, and Pro plans. You can start using it by opening ChatGPT, going to Settings, then Apps & Connectors, browsing apps and connecting to TripAdvisor. (You only need to follow these steps once.) Then, on subsequent visits, start your ChatGPT message with TripAdvisor.
