Why artificial intelligence researchers receive their salaries such as NBA All-Stars

Hello, welcome to you Decoder! This is Alex Heath, the host of the guest of the episode Thursday and the deputy editor in freedom. Today, I joined Hayden Field, freedomArtificial intelligence correspondent. We are talking about the wars of artificial intelligence talents and why some researchers are traded suddenly like the American Professional League stars.

If you are absolutely concerned with the artificial intelligence industry last month, you would have seen stories about the madness of employment that takes place in Big Tech, Research Labs and AI. This charge is led by Mark Zuckerberg, who was presenting some of the truly unprecedented jobs to try to attract higher talents to Meta.

But there is a lot for this story. Hayden has been reported about this during the past few weeks to get to know the size of some of these offers, and why companies such as Google choose to use them instead of obtaining them, and what means that some of the most popular artificial intelligence experts in the world are no longer driven by money alone.
