Toyota confirms that the C-HR compact electrical is all coming to the United States

Toyota confirmed that day Each photovoltaic C-HRFormerly in Europe, it will arrive in the United States next year.

You may remember the C-HR as a gas-powered Carros has been sold in the United States from 2018-2022. But now it has been revived as a battery electric car with an estimated 290 mile driving range. No pricing information has been issued, but I expect we will approach more than the date of the release.

In the United States, C-HR will have only one battery option with a capacity of 77 kWh. Interestingly, this package provides only 290 miles, while the European version with the same battery reaches 373 miles of the range. This is because Toyota depends on the most generous WLTP standard document to the European Union. European specifications, which pass by Moniker C-HR Plus, provide an additional selection of a 57.7 kW battery per hour with about 283 miles of range.

Toyota says it also plans to issue a variety of C-HR power generation options, including hybrid hybrid fuel cells, hybrid components and hydrogen (available only in California and Hawaii).

C-HR is not a hot opening in any way, but it has enough mustard under the hood to put a smile on your face. The built -in EV will put 338 hp and a time from 0 to 60 mph from five seconds.

There is a lot you like, including a wide charging space (25.4 cubic feet), four levels of renewable braking including rowing, 18 and 20 -inch wheel options, a 14 -inch touch screen that supports CarPlay Wireless Apple and Android Auto.

The only remaining question is the price. The original gas engines version started with $ 22,000, while the hybrid sells about $ 41,000. So I expect the Bev version to start somewhere in the north of $ 45,000, given the current state of the battery costs.
