Performance-wise, the Dreame X50 Ultra was generally solid. I started with a full deep clean, then vacuumed and mopped the second round. While setting up the app, I told it I had pets, so it emptied its trash during the first run. I found it to be very clever at lifting mops while vacuuming carpets.

It took 2 hours and 3 minutes to complete the work on my home. The mopping function was surprisingly effective, dealing with muddy footprints on my vinyl plank floors as well as I did myself with a stick mop. I was particularly impressed by her avoidance of things; It navigated around shoes, wires, and even my dogs without a problem.
