The Verizon outage reaches about 175,000 customers

Verizon It experienced an outage on Wednesday, with this being reported 175,000 customers Unable to use their devices.

In a comment to CNET, Verizon confirmed the outage, saying: “Verizon’s engineering teams continue to address the outage today. Our teams remain fully deployed and focused on the issue. We understand the impact this will have on your day and remain committed to resolving this issue as quickly as possible.”

The outage caused phones to malfunction Stuck in SOS mode. Although the outage has slowly begun to resolve, with some users returning to the service on their phones, others are clamoring for it. A statement on Verizon’s website currently says: “Verizon is aware of an issue affecting wireless voice and data services for some customers. We are working to quickly restore service.”
