The NVIDIA application gets the global DLSS and more control panel features

The NVIDIA application gets improvements to bypass DLSS, more control panel features, and Project G-SSIST changes this week. NVIDIA has gradually improving its new application over the past 18 months since its release, and it is close to deporting all old control options.
