Aurzen presents the foldable pocket projector, zip codeA new, futuristic outlook. I’ve seen the appropriately named Cyber Edition in Consumer Electronics Show 2026 Since I’m a sucker for a cyberpunk-themed piece of gear, I was intrigued. The more sci-fi inspired the movie was, the more interested I became in it.
While the Cyber Edition represents an aesthetic change, the Zip itself is an interesting tool. It is a true pocket projector as it can easily fit into a pocket. Thanks to two hinges, it can sit like a snake, or the letter “Z”, and can be displayed on any surface. You can tilt any of the parts to adjust the picture angle wherever you want, including portrait mode.
As you might expect from something that’s half the size of a smartphone, and only an inch tall when folded, the specs won’t make this your new home projector. With 100 ANSI lumens and 720p resolution, this is definitely a portable device. Aurzen has managed to squeeze a 5,000 mAh battery inside as well, which they claim will last around 1.5 hours. If you want to scroll through TikTok or Instagram Stories, you can set the zip on its side, and the vertical content will appear in the full 16 x 9 size of the DLP chip.
One downside is there’s no HDMI input, and there’s no built-in streaming, but it will connect and stream content from most phones and tablets. Dongle connects via USB-C for Netflix and other streaming apps will be available by the time the Cyber Edition hits shelves in March.
The price is $450, but there it is Pre-launch discount now for $330 When you enter the code AURZEN120ZIP.
