The 10 companies that just launched from Betaworks’ latest startup camp

Betaworks Early Stage Venture Fund announced… 10 Latest Launching Companies From its prestigious position Camp programa biannual 13-week residency program launched in 2016 that has given way to names like Hugging Face and Graze Social.

Nora — A browser extension, founded by Sid Banothu, to track shopping habits.

Primitive – A web application that allows people to use voice to brainstorm ideas that the platform then turns into a list of tasks and tasks. The product, founded by Kasey Klimes, can also link to other productivity tools like Notion and calendars.

Patina The company, founded by Sean Rasbet and Laura Sisson, works on olfactory technology to create “smell photographs,” through a combination of protein folding, odorant receptors, and neural networks.

telepathic – A computer designed with artificial intelligence and without applications, founded by Stephen Hood, Josh Whiting, and Robert Manfredi.

Nobrain Founded by Priyanka Jain and Ingo Marquardt, this company creates EEG data (the test used to record the brain’s electrical activity) to help translate human thoughts into speech, text, and images.

Presq Founded by Adam Saleh, Steve Borstein, and Mickey Robbins, this platform allows influencers to upload data to quickly create options that allow them to create manufacturable shoes. It plans to soon expand into other product areas, such as eyewear and household goods.

Increase — Founded by Connor Sanchez-O’Shea and Gabriel Duemichen, this company helps people focus while working at their desktop by removing anything distracting from view. It tracks users’ attention and identifies workflow habits for those working on desktop computers.
