Streaming service deals for students: Save on Peacock, HBO Max, and music

Amazon Music Prime (or Prime Music), which comes with a Prime membership, doesn’t offer the same experience as the Amazon Music Unlimited tier of Amazon’s music service. For example, Prime Music lets you “randomly play any artist, album, or playlist” and choose songs from “extensive playlists,” but you need Music Unlimited if you want to choose and play any song you want. The Single Unlimited Music plan typically costs $12 per month if you’re a Prime member and $13 per month if you’re not.

Amazon says you “must be enrolled at an accredited college or university to qualify” for its Music Unlimited student plan, which costs $6 per month.
