Sonos Play portable speakers leak on Canadian Best Buy website

that Undeclared It was a Sonos speaker called Play spotted on Best Canadian Buy location. The Sonos Play looks like a slightly shrunk version of the Move 2 With a loop on the back to carry it. Although nothing has been confirmed yet, it is listed for $399.99 CAD with a release date of March 31, 2026. In addition to Wi-Fi for multi-room Sonos setups with up to 32 speakers, there is support for AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth 5.3. There is also an auxiliary input for connecting to a turntable or other audio equipment.

The Best Buy listing mentions Trueplay, which automatically adjusts sound based on your environment. Unlike the Move, the Play says it’s IP67-rated for water- and dust-resistant operation, similar to Sonos Walkthrough. Additionally, battery life is listed at 24 hours, and the Sonos Play includes a wireless charging dock. Presumably, it can also act as a power bank, charging your phone via USB-C.

If the release date is accurate, it likely won’t be much longer before Sonos officially reveals that date.
