ServiceNow has signed another AI partnership, this time with Anthropic

Enterprise workflow software company ServiceNow closed a multi-year deal with artificial intelligence research lab Anthropic on Wednesday. This partnership includes integrating more of Anthropic’s AI models into its customers’ ServiceNow platform and delivering Anthropic’s AI to its employees.

ServiceNow declined to clarify the duration of the partnership or the cash size of the deal.

This deal entails making Anthropic’s Claude model family the AI ​​model of choice across ServiceNow’s AI workflow products. Claude is also now the default model that powers the company’s AI agent builder, ServiceNow Build Agent, which allows developers to create agent workflows and build applications.

The deal also includes Claude offering the company’s 29,000 employees ServiceNow. CloudCode, Anthropic’s encryption product, is also available to the company’s engineers.

This news comes just one week after the company announced something new AI partnership with Anthropic competitor OpenAI Which included giving ServiceNow customers access to OpenAI models through the company’s products.
