Wireless smart locks are a great solution for those who can’t or don’t want to connect wires to the door, but these types of locks typically require batteries that need to be changed frequently. Not anymore. At CES 2026, Lockin unveiled the V7 Max and Veno Pro cordless locks, which never require recharging. The company’s CEO announced that the locks stay charged due to AuraCharge, or optical wireless charging. It will be available for pre-order after CES.

LG’s new ventless washer and dryer was unveiled at CES 2026, and promises to complete a 10-pound load of laundry in less than 90 minutes. This is noteworthy because its previous model took up to two hours to do the same task.

Speaking of laundry, we’ve all dreamed of never having to fold a piece of laundry again, right? And now that dream is starting to come true – well, maybe.

Well-known brand LG unveiled the CLOiD at CES 2026It says it can fold laundry, unload the dishwasher, and handle light cooking tasks, but after the demo, let’s just say it doesn’t move very quickly, so if you’re in a hurry, this may not be the robot for you.
