Microsoft employee exceeds the “Palestine” bloc to send an email to thousands of employees to protest


Yesterday, Microsoft chose completely discrimination and completely against an entire nation, an entire people, and an entire society by preventing all employees from sending any external email that contains the phrase “Palestine”, “Gaza”, “genocide” or “detailed union”. Microsoft leaders have justified this blatant control by saying that it prevents you from receiving emails like the email you are now reading. Although Microsoft Slt realizes that this “short -term solution” can be easily overcome, as this e -mail is clearly proven, Microsoft is still doubled, and she insisted on not declining policy, and decided to continue targeting and suppressing Palestinian workers, Arabs, Muslims, and workers. They refused to cancel this censorship tactic, despite the illegality of that potential, dozens of employees who express how it was, and even leaders who admit that they see how it can be considered discriminatory and targeting. This also proves the lack of Microsoft that appreciates the life of the Palestinian and the Palestinian suffering.

As a Palestinian worker, tired of the way our people were treated by this company. Send this email as a message to the leaders of Microsoft: the cost of trying to silence all the voices that dare to give the human character much higher than just listening to your employees’ concerns. Despite the claim that they “heard fears of our employees and the public regarding the Microsoft techniques used by the Israeli army to target civilians or cause harm to the conflict in Gaza” in a statement full of lies, acceptance, and the justifications for tampering, Microsoft showed that it is completely not interested in hearing what we should say.

Microsoft claims to “provide many ways for all the sounds that must be heard.” However, whenever we try to discuss anything big about stripping the genocide in the “approved channels”, the workers, doxxed, or silence them. Microsoft has deleted the relevant employee questions in Amas with executives and closed VIVA Engage posts in channels dedicated to asking SLT questions. The direct direct managers have warned against staying calm and even publicly criticized against them. When my community tries to report issues and fears to HR/Ge/Wit, we have met racist results with dual standards. During all of this, Microsoft sent a clear message to its employees: There are no suitable channels in Microsoft to express your concerns or differences or even questions about how Microsoft uses the killing of Palestinian children.

Last week, Microsoft showed her real face, brutality, detention, shooting, pepper spraying, threat and insulting former workers and workers protesting in Microsoft Build. This e -mail control is simply the latest example in a long list of extremist escalation by Microsoft against my community. It is enough.

It has become clear that Microsoft will not listen to us from the goodness of their hearts.

Microsoft will not change their position just because it is the moral or even legal thing. Microsoft will not only withdraw the genocide as soon as they become more expensive for them to kill Palestinians more and otherwise. The situation in Palestine is more urgent in the minute. More and more Palestinians are killed in light of the bombing campaign in the Israeli forces (IF), the invasion, and the siege that was martyred by an estimated 400,000 Palestinians. IOF kidnapped more than 16,000 Palestinians and put them in torture and rape camps. 1.93 million Palestinians in Gaza were displaced, and more than 40,000 Palestinians were displaced in the West Bank.

Although the hostile work environment is difficult, it cannot be compared to the horrors that occur in Palestine – the horrors that we as employees in Microsoft are complicit. These undesirable attempts to silence our society, although they are painful at times, are evidence that the pressure we apply is working. This is not the time for a child’s steps or gradual progress. Esters can not wait for a longer period. We, as a company that includes more than 200,000 employees, provides the technological spine of the war genocide in Israel in a Palestinian. We, as employees of this company, bear the responsibility for ending the employer’s complicity in this genocide -backed by AI! It is time to escalate against Microsoft and end this Microsoft group genocide!
