After bringing a 4G and 5G connection to underground, the London Public Transport Authority began to reprimand the loud passengers who are subject to music and call out to get out of their phones. The new Transport for London (TFL) posters campaign to wear headphones when watching or listening to content on their devices to reduce other passengers disorder.
“Please do not bother others with loud music or calls when traveling on the network,” and reads “headphones on”. The stickers are already displayed on the Elizabeth railway. According to TFLAnd it will expand to buses, Docklands Light Railway, London Overground, London Underground, and London Tram Services from October.
The campaign is targeted by headphones, as data coverage becomes more available via the underground rail network, making it easier for passengers the content flowing and making calls. People who do this without wearing headphones bothering other passengers, as TFL research showed that 70 percent of 1,000 customers covered by the survey reported music calls and phone calls that disrupt their trips.
“The vast majority of London population uses headphones when traveling in public transport in the capital, but the small minority that plays music or videos loudly can be a real inconvenience for other passengers and break their flights directly,” says Seb Dance, SEB DNCE. “The new TFL campaign will be remembered and the London residents will always be taken into consideration to other passengers.”
The new stickers are expanding in the “#Travelkind campaign” launched by TFL in 2017, highlighting the roads that can road users and public traffic to help prevent delay and make flights work more smoothly.
