Lenovo made laptop screens Rolland Stand upAnd Go transparentNow for IFA 2025, it announces a new concept with a screen that can be rotated in image mode. The Lenovo Thinkbook Vertiflex concept is a 14 -inch productivity computer, but if you pay the edge of the screen from its right upper corner, the entire screen rotates 90 degrees inside its structure, or reorganizing itself in a better vision of documents, coding or coding.
That’s it. This is all trick. It is completely cheerful and touched – much simpler than other Lenovo Wilder concepts. There is no some Flexible OLED screen or Whirring engine Built in the Temple – just a hidden smart pathway system behind its screen. It is one of the most Lenovo concepts that reach Earth so far, which means it has a good opportunity to turn into a real product.
I got a personally concept laptop vision during an early inspection in New York City before that IFA for the first time in Berlin. As with other Lenovo concepts, I found it as witch, and the company’s representatives had an anxious atmosphere of “Do you think this is also great?”
Likewise, it’s great. If you are gay and often connect your laptop to a large screen and use a laptop screen as a secondary display, the ability to use it in a vertical direction is great.
The screen was easy enough to rotate vertically with one hand. I felt that I was obligated to be nice with her and grabbed the surface of the laptop below with my other hand to prevent everything affected, but it was strong enough because this was not necessary. Once the screen turns on, the laptop cover has enough space on both sides for the comfort of a phone next to it, it was better to use Lenovo’s Smart Contact application To transfer files and control your Android phone using your mouse – although it has not been fully working in the brief illustration.
There is not much on the Vertiflex concept itself. Lenovo does not talk about the full specifications, but the outlet you saw Thunderbolt (it is supposed to be Thunderbolt 4), one USB-A and HDMI port and 3.5 mm sound socket. The laptop is a 14 -inch concept that is not thin or particularly light, at 17.9 mm thick / 0.7 inches and 1.39 kg / 3.06 lbs. It is a little thinner and two thirds lighter than Rollable Thinkbook PlusBut it is still thicker and heavier than a traditional laptop like Thinkpad X9.
I was excited last year before Thinkbook Flip conceptWhich took the flexible OLED from the roll and convert it into a simply more folding screen. With a standard unnecessary plate and less animated parts like engines, vertiflex is simpler. I am not completely tracked from the regular old rotation screen like those that fold or flip Thinkpad Plus Gen 6 Rollable. Lenovo representatives told me that Vertiflex concept can also be easily limited to different laptop sizes. Does people want their laptop screens to mode the image? I have no idea. Certainly I do not mind, for the right price. But I love strange devices, and I am pleased to see Lenovo throw more ideas on the wall and see what sticks are.
