Teens on Instagram now have access to six new versions of the classic Instagram camera icon. Teens can access it by tapping on the Instagram logo in their home feed and looking for the setting to change icons. Options include neon, clear glass, fire, flowers, green slime, and chrome.
Instagram Users conveyed their confusion On social media. Many wondered why the icons weren’t released for adults as well. It’s possible that Instagram is wary of compromising the brand identity of a familiar icon by allowing too many users to change it.
This latest release comes after a year of updates to Instagram, many of which include AI or much-requested new features. These include Personalized ads based on artificial intelligence and Parental controls to block access to chatbots.
