I can’t stop staring at Samsung’s new Wi-Fi speaker

Samsung has removed the covers from it Consumer Electronics Show 2026 Sound range and during the upgrade of the new HW-Q990H high-end soundbar, As expected, the LS50H Wi-Fi Speaker was a surprise. Here’s what we know.

Music studio speakers

The company debuted two new Wi-Fi speakers, the Music Studio 5 (LS50H) and Music Studio 7 (LS70H). The larger ones are offered Dolby Atmos Matching, both feature a signature look from designer Erwan Bouroullec.

The LS70H is a 3.1.1-channel spatial speaker that works as a standalone speaker or can be paired with Samsung Wi-Fi speakers, soundbars, or compatible TVs. It features up to 24-bit/96kHz audio processing as well as Bluetooth connectivity. The smaller LS50H features a 4-inch driver and woofers.

Dolby Atmos sound bars

Meanwhile, the HW-Q990H is an 11.1.4-channel Dolby Atmos soundbar that includes surround and dual 8-inch wireless subwoofers. The soundbar offers several new features including Sound Elevation, which raises dialogue toward the center of the screen, and Auto Volume for a consistent volume level across channels.

The HW-QS90H is a single 7.1.2 channel amplifier. It includes “built-in” speakers and features a switchable design with a built-in gyroscopic sensor that adapts the sound signature based on the orientation of the wall-mounted AV bracket.

Expectations

The speakers come on the heels of the announcement of the new company Micro RGB TVs More products will follow at CES. I’ve reviewed several high-end Samsung speakers—each built to its specifications Samsung Sound Lab -And we expect the Q990H to sound pretty decent. Wi-Fi speakers are also interesting. I kind of want to just stare at the Music Studio 5 (LS50H).

The availability of the speakers and amplifiers has not yet been announced.
