We are only one day away from the annual celebration Everything Pokemon. The Pokemon Day event starts tomorrow morning and it should be eventful Free goodies and Exciting game reveal For critter collecting enthusiasts around the world. As the juggernaut franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary, it’s safe to assume that there will be exciting information included in the next Pokemon Presents stream.
There is a lot of excitement leading up to the main event. Pokemon TCG Pocket just released the Paldean Wonders card set expansion, and The Pokemon Company revealed that FireRed and LeafGreen will be getting Pokemon Home compatible Switch ports. Now the stage is set for The Pokemon Company to reveal new major Pokemon games for the Switch and Switch 2.
This is when The Pokemon Company begins the first broadcast of this year’s Pokemon Presents, setting audience expectations for what we can expect to see from the Pocket Monsters universe in 2026.
The first Pokemon Presents live stream of the year will air tomorrow, Friday, February 27th. The show starts bright and early for American audiences, so you’ll have to avoid sleep if you want to keep up with the latest ads.
Here’s when the Pokemon Day live stream starts on Friday in your time zone:
Eastern time: 9 am
ct: 8 am
Metric tons: 7 am
Pacific Time: 6 am
Expect to see updates on recent games like Pokemon Legends: ZA through The Pokemon Company’s social media channels.
The Pokemon Company is responsible for streaming Pokemon Presents, which means you can watch the announcement through any of their social media channels.
While I recommend watching the stream on The Pokemon Company YouTube or twitch Channels, and you can also follow ads on them Tik Tok. Regular updates will also be posted on the company Instagram Accounting throughout the event.
It’s safe to assume that the February Pokemon Presents live stream will include some long-awaited reveals, given that 2026 is a big year for the Pokemon brand.
The live stream marks the 30th anniversary of the release of Pokemon Red and Pokemon Green (the original Pokemon games for the Game Boy) in Japan. We know the stream will be About 25 minutes longmaking it one of the longest-running Pokemon show runs of all time.
I think a live stream would be a triumph of celebrating Pokémon’s cultural impact before focusing on the future and showing fans what comes next.
What do you have in store for tomorrow’s event? I expect to see updates and freebies for Pokemon games on mobile first, since these are some of the big moneymakers. If this Pokemon Day show mirrors last year’s show, we’ll roll with it Some good stuff In Pokemon Go, Pokemon Masters EX, Pokemon Cafe ReMix, and Pokemon TCG Pocket. We may also see an advertisement for a special offer Pokemon scarlet and purple The raid happened and Pokemon Legends: ZA Mega Stone Distributions.
Mega Gem giveaways will likely be free on Pokemon Day.
After celebrating the currently released games, the presentation will likely revolve around what’s coming next. We’ll definitely get a reminder that Nintendo Switch ports of Pokemon FireRed and Pokemon LeafGreen are available starting on Pokemon Day. I expect the biggest news will be a specific release date for the big new competitive Pokemon game, Pokemon heroeswhich is scheduled to release in time for the 2026 Pokemon World Championships.
If we’re really lucky, we might even hear about Generation X in the mainline Pokemon games. Although Game Freak has freed itself from a fixed release schedule, we are sure to see rumors of Pokemon Wind and Wave. while The notorious Teraleak Hints at what the development studio might show off next, it’s time to get a glimpse of what the next big Pokemon games are all about.
