People who hold their free Gust legacy will soon lose their individual storage allocation privileges. In an email you saw freedomGoogle has started to inform the G Suite Legacy Free Plan Users that they will be converted into an assembled storage capacity “shared through all users inside your organization” starting from May 1.
G Suite was renamed as a work space in 2020. G suite legacy freeWhich stopped offering Google in 2012, provides each user for 15 GB of free storage and has been presented for personal use – which makes it perfect for families or groups that need to share a collective field. Current users have been allowed to access the work space services without any additional fees, but Google says she is now making this change because the collected storage provides a “simpler and more flexible method of storage management”.
“The customers of the business space in Google have benefited from freedom.
There is no procedure required for the key according to Google, and users cannot cancel the subscription from the complex storage transmission. The total amount of storage allocated to the GME account will not be completely reduced, but if more storage is needed, then a “discount” can be purchased with 100 GB increases, which usually cost $ 15. Google did not specify the size of this discount.
Storage restrictions can still be set for each user within the G Suite account after moving to prevent collective storage from being exposed by individual users. However, these borders should be manually set by the account official.
The transition creates more work for officials who prefer the status quo, but it is a useful change of groups that want to share unarrgent storage allocations with other users.
