England’s players will get the chance to impress manager Thomas Tuchel on Friday when they take on fellow 2026 World Cup qualifier Uruguay in this friendly match at Wembley Stadium.

In the visitors’ dugout this evening will be a familiar face of the English game, with former Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa in charge of the visitors. Bielsa will be hoping for a strong result here, after November’s humiliating 5-1 defeat to the USMNT put question marks over his future as Celeste coach.
England will meet Uruguay at Wembley Stadium, north of London Friday 27 March. Kick off is set for 7:45 pm GMT local time. This makes it 3:45 PM ET or 12:45 PM PT Beginning in the United States and Canada. For viewers in Australia, the match starts on 6:45am AEST On Saturday morning.
