He advises his subordinates to “eat from a small plate when you can, eat small portions of desserts so you can enjoy them without overeating,” eat more slowly (“savour every bite, put down your fork between bites, and pay attention to your body signals”), and not carry food and drinks in more than one hand to allow “the other hand to shake hands with colleagues and friends during this festive period.”
