Apple shows off the unsettling world of Pluribus in its first trailer

After a bunch of Very vague teasersApple has finally revealed a proper look at it numerousit’s the next big sci-fi series. The offer comes from Very bad Creator Vince Gilligan, and stars Rhea Seehorn as Carol, “the most miserable person on the face of the Earth” who “must save the world from happiness.”

The short trailer shows Carol seemingly getting attention from the rest of the world’s population, who have already been afflicted with the blight of happiness. It’s not clear why Carol isn’t affected by whatever changed the world, but everyone seems intent on fixing it so she can “join” them. Carol, of course, is very confused – and upset. This is all very unsettling, but it looks like the series will balance things out with dark humor.
