Apple has announced a new Applecare subscription called Applecare One that allows you to cover multiple products with one plan. For $ 19.99 per month, Applecare One covers up to three products, and costs a new product $ 5.99 per month.
With products covered under Applecare One, you will get the same coverage that you will get under the Applecare Plus, including battery coverage, unlimited repairs for accidental damage, and priority support around the clock throughout the week.
If you subscribe to Applecare One, you can also add products up to four years to your plan-a big jump from a 60-day window you have to add Applecare coverage in addition to a product after buying it. Theft and loss coverage is also available for the iPad and Apple Watch with Applecare Plus, and if you cover the iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch under the Applecare One, the theft and loss coverage will be included.
Apple says you can subscribe to Applecare One from the iPhone, iPad, Mac or in the Apple Store starting from July 24.
