Claude Opus payment models are available for Claude users on the Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. The cheapest one, Pro, costs $20 per month (or $17 per month if you pay annually). The Pro plan comes with usage limits for Opus, which users access after a few hours of dynamic programming and then have to wait several hours for it to reset.

Aside from the Opus, Anthropic has smaller, less powerful models Sonnet 4.5 and Haiku 4.5.
