At an event in New York City on Wednesday, Amazon announced the ALEXA experience – Alexa+ – supported by artificial intelligence technologies. On the stage, the head of the Amazon devices, Banus Banai, described it as a “complete restoration” of the artificial intelligence assistant.
Banai said: “(w) Alexa’s vision was ambitious and is still incredibly convincing, until this moment – the right of this moment – we were limited to technology.” “Chatbot AI on its own does not push us to see Alexa.”
Amazon says the new Alexa can answer questions such as “the number of books you have read this year?” , Depending on information from the Amazon customer account. It can notify users when, for example, new tickets to drop the concert, and help with certain tasks such as dinner reservation.
“The new Alexa knows almost (everything) in your life – your schedule, your smart home, your preferences, the devices you use, and the people you call (and) the entertainment you enjoy.” .
Like other help on the market, Alexa has been promoted with a visual understanding. Through the device’s camera, it can take a visible extract and answer questions that take everything that happens in the summary.
Banai says that improved Alexa can understand the tone and the surrounding environment, and adjust its responses while flying. He added: “It has been trained in two different ways, from eq to humor to understanding.” “She understands that I am a little tense, she is trying to calm me down.”
In addition to tasks such as creating tests from the study and creating basic travel paths, Alexa+ can answer questions such as “What is the best pizza nearby?” The answers are informed of what is in Alexa “Memory” and her preferences that Alexa noticed over time.
This is a developing story. Check again for updates.
