Aivela takes a different spin on the health-tracking smart ring


Smart rings are no longer new. However, some hidden superpowers might make it interesting again.

According to the company, the Ring Pro supports eight touch commands and six gesture controls, designed to reduce the hesitation of users who need to reach for their phone or smartwatch.

However, health tracking is still an essential part of the experience. Ring Pro focuses on tracking long-term trends, including sleep analysis, exercise insights, menstrual cycle tracking, and more than 13 essential health metrics. The app also has a built-in AI advisor that allows you to discuss trends and metrics with a live AI expert. The ring is water-resistant to 100 meters with an IP68 rating, and has a battery life of up to seven days.

Ring Pro will be launched Kickstarter for $299but it’s currently on sale for $179 to backers for late pledges and already has over 5,000 backers as of press time. The company says there are currently no additional monthly costs associated with the app’s services, which is another advantage over competitors.
