The head of the Federal Communications Committee, Brendan Car, asks the public to help him identify the “unnecessary” regulations created by the agency so that he can eliminate them.
“For a very long time, the administrative agencies have added new regulatory requirements that exceed their authority or kept legal regulations in place after a long period of expiry period,” Car says in a statement. “This only creates the opposite winds and slows down our country’s innovators, businessmen and small companies. The Federal Communications Committee (FCC) is committed to ending all the rules and regulations that are no longer necessary. We welcome the participation of the public and reactions during this process.”
The Federal Communications Committee (FCC) requires comments that define outdated rules and regulations, or create barriers to entry or “unfair work for owned American companies”, or have greater costs of benefits, according to the agency’s general notice. Anyone who wants to comment on the initiative can do so On the FCC website For the next 30 days.
