Xbox revenue drops 10 percent as Microsoft’s cloud and AI business rises

Xbox is facing another tough quarter, with revenue from content and services like the Game Pass subscription down 10 percent over the past few months. Meanwhile, Xbox console sales fell 14 percent, according to Microsoft’s fourth-quarter earnings report is released Wednesday.

Microsoft 365 Copilot also reached more than 30 million paid seats, and Azure revenue reached more than $100 billion for the first time.
